Ben is a licensed Real Estate Agent, and serves as the Sales Manager for Utah Full Service Brokers. He specializes in the existing homes market, including pricing and home inventories. Ben knows how to treat his clients and prides himself on his communication and accessibility.
Ben also functions as the brokerages transaction coordinator. He handles feedback communication with other agents and tracks transaction progress for clients. This enables the brokerage to "read" the market on a daily basis and consistently monitor the position of the property as compared to the rest of the market. This helps refine our brokerage`s marketing efforts, yielding shorter marketing periods and pushing the boundaries for higher offers on properties we represent.

Kurt is a 1984 graduate of the University of Utah in Business and Marketing. He has an extensive background in Commercial Real Estate and Business having spent 10 years in St. Louis, Missouri working as Vice President of Marketing for one of St. Louis` largest developers. In 1995, Kurt relocated back to Park City, Utah where he started his own business and sold it in 1998. Since then he has completed over 100 business acquisitions.
