Buying or selling a home can be the most stressful times in your life, especially with all the Realtors that are out there that are trying to get your business. We feel very fortunate that we found Doug Evans who wanted to earn our business and we were never disappointed. We did things backwards and found a home that we wanted to move into before we had our home listed. I had searched many websites and looked at several Realtors over a period of time. When we found Doug, he had never met us, however that did not keep him from helping us through email over about a month or more and sending us information. We never felt pressure from Doug to use his services. In fact it was quite the opposite, he only wanted what was best for us. As the relationship and friendship developed without ever meeting, when we finally did meet it was as though he was an old friend and it was great.
He helped us get into our new home and sold our existing home in 5 days. He had some helpful ideas, great marketing tools and a heart as big as Texas. He always returned our phone calls, usually within minutes and never left us hanging over any questions.
I have referred him to everyone I meet and I will continue to do so. My husband and I call Doug our friend and we appreciated how easy he made the selling experience of our home. Doug made leaving our home that we had been in for 10 years the best experience we could have hope for. Doug is the type of person that will tell you the truth, even if it isn’t what you want to hear and we always tell him he puts a “positive spin” on everything.

Doug Evans recently helped us to purchase a home in the West Jordan area. We were looking for some very specific things for our new home and Doug was diligent in finding just the right houses to look at. My husband and I have different work schedules, but Doug was always available whenever we had time to look at a few new houses. We looked at many houses in our price range and for our specific criteria until we found the perfect home for us.
