Doug Evans has been an excellent resource for me since I am not from the area and don't know the market. He provided me with market data as well as his local expertise. He ultimately found me and a friend I referred several rental properties to purchase. He fostered our suspicion that the Salt Lake market was beginning to heat up after being substantially undervalued. His experience as a rental property owner himself was invaluable also. Doug also went above and beyond the call when the home I bought had a broken swamp cooler. I had a tenant who was sweltering in the middle of a heat wave and could find no service people. Doug actually got on the roof and repaired the unit for me. I'm not saying that's part of his normal job duties, but I was in a pinch and won't forget the help he provided!
