Utah Full Service Brokers is a proud supporter of Habitat for Humanity. Our moving truck has been used to help The Salt Lake Habitat for Humanity move its newest home owners into their new homes. Our moving truck is always available FREE for The Salt Lake Habitat for Humanity to provide to its new home owners.

Basic Restrictions
- Clients currently the buying or selling process will have first priority for truck scheduling.
- Our Truck is for current or past clients who have purchased or sold a property through one of the agents at Utah Full Service Brokers.
- Except if the reservation is less than 7 days away, charities are subject to have their reservations rescheduled if a current or past client requests the truck during the same time period.
- Utah Full Service Brokers reserves the right to deny the services or change the parameters of the service at any time and for any reason.

Minimum Rental Requirements
For Legal Reasons, renters must meet this criteria or we can not rent the truck to them. Unfortunately, we can not bend or break any of these requiements.
The Renter and all Driver's must ...
(Charities: You must agree to these terms and provide these responsibilities or have your renter/driver do so)

Be able to read, understand , and agree to these terms and the terms of our our rental agreement.

Be over the age of 21

Possess and provide a valid drivers license in the name of the renter.

Be able to provide a Major Credit Card in the name of the renter.
(For Security Purposes Only. As well as a Major Credit Card, a Debit Card with a Major Credit Card Logo is also accepted)

Provide a copy of Proof of Insurance for the renter.
As Well as those basic minimum requirements, all renters all must be able to meet the following requirements.

Accept responsibility for all damage incurred to the truck while in your possession including but not limited to: stains, burns, windshield damage, tire damage, dents, dings and scratched paint.

Report any mishaps to our office and to appropriate law enforcement authorities immediately.

Pay all parking tickets and any other violations incurred while the truck is in your custody.

Return the vehicle by the "due date" **We will report the truck stolen within 24 hours of the due date.**

Return the truck with a full tank of fuel.

Return the vehicle in the same condition as rented. The cab and box must be clean. A charge of up to $100 will be assessed if the vehicle is returned dirty.
